The Gellers

Sorry it has been so long since the last post. Our hard drive or something went out on our computer so I was without a computer for a while. I now have a friends computer which is a real life saver. We are doing great and keeping busy. Today we went to the zoo. We are trying to get in a few visits before the end of the summer. The kids start back to school here tomorrow which is crazy. This summer went by so fast.
Isabella drew her first letter I yesterday. She is learning how to control her pencil/crayon now. She is also drawing faces which took me by surprise. She is very detailed in drawing them too. She even makes cheeks. She has imaginary friends too. They are Jute, Dod, Lea, and Boo. She talks to them all of the time and they go everywhere with us. It is very cute and sad at the same time.
In just a few weeks Isabella will be starting up her gymnastics class, ballet class, and a crafty kids class at our Y. She is looking forward to it and I am looking forward to creating some structure and a schedule. Enjoy the pics and I will try to keep this better updated.

Here are a few pictures that I promised. Isabella wore the brown and pink outfit to the ballgame on Friday night and she got so many compliments. I have been having so much fun sewing.

Well I have begun a new adventure. I am attempting to make Isabella some cute outfits. In the past I have bought some boutique outfits and they seemed easy to make so I decided to try it. My first shirt was a first, if you know what I mean. The second and the pants turned out much better. I still need lots of practice but I guess you have to start somewhere and I am teaching myself so it will probably take even longer. Here are a few pictures of what I made. I can’t wait to put the outfit on her tonight.
